Now You See Me

Spoiler Warning!!!

Now You See Me was a movie about four magicians robbing a bank.  The recurring dialogue was "the closer you look, the less you actually see."  Apartment 6A was a recurring location.  This whole movie was about revenge

• Credit Republicain de Paris carried the note
• Tressler Insurance Company was the company that denied the claim for Lionel's death
•  Elkhorn started as a safe manufacturer and used cheap steel which warped when it went to the bottom of the river

The magicians robbed 3.2 million euros from the bank.

Jack Wilder got the "death" tarot card, and he died in the movie.  Daniel Atlas got the "lover" card, and he was seen making out with a lady at the beginning of the movie.  Henley also mentioned "three minutes".

There are couple dialogues that if you are paying attention will clue you in on who is the fifth Horseman (Dylan Rhodes).

Dylan: All these guys were a bunch of street magicians a year ago with no resources.  So how do they go from doing that to this without some kind of outside help?

Alma: So, do you really think there's a fifth Horseman?

Dylan: Yeah.

Also a website clued me in on a few additional hints at Rhodes being the fifth horseman

• Rhodes deliberately putting his phone on the table during Atlas' interrogation scene, so Atlas can switch phones
• Rhodes knowing the trigger word used during the hypnosis to get them to do certain actions 
• on the plane with Alma, Rhodes being master magician put the initial card on the guy's arm 

 

A website indicated that Rhodes was suspicious of Alma Dray, and I agree.  Rhodes seems to want to be the only one on this case (he evens says "I got my ass handed to me").

Rhodes (to Alma): I'm sorry.  I don't think I'm gonna need your help on this. Okay?

Rhodes: Hey.  Hey.  I want to have a word with you.

Alma: Don't ever talk to me like that again.

Rhodes: Why the hell did you take this case?  

Alma: What?

Rhodes: People say I am hard to read.  That's an American expression.  Do you understand it?

Alma: Yes. 

Rhodes: Good.  Then let me make myself perfectly clear to you.  If I find out that you are anything other than who you say you are, I swear -

Alma: And we French also have an expression.  "Faith can move mountains".  If we hope to catch the Horseman, then you need to have a little faith in me.  Because I have done nothing to deserve otherwise.

Rhodes: I just got my ass handed to me.  I am losing this case.  So faith is a luxury I don't have anytime for right now.
